"By this time we had ruined any chance of NunSlaughter being signed to a label or even being accepted as a valid band.
I had been working on some tracks since the release of our last demo and I decided it was time to desecrate the underground once again.
Rick was still available but John had left the underground. Greg first agreed to record "Impale The Soul Of Christ On The Cross Of Death" but after some trying personal times Greg decided to leave NunSlaughter, I had written all of the songs for "Impale The Soul..." so the next logical step was for me to take over the vocal duties.
We enlisted a new drummer, Von and we were on our way to recording in our living room on another 4 track machine. The Production was a bit bit cleaner than I was used to but that lent itself to faster riffs and my vocal style. All in all this demo was recorded and mixed in one day. We moved about 600 copies of this demo, not bad considering it was the early 90's and underground metal had pretty much disappeared.
The story of NunSlaughter began to grow and people wanted to know why we were not releasing an LP. I was not satisfied with any of the label offers that came our way so I decided that we would remain an underground band."
